“Seriously Do Not Bother”

15 years ago I got my first mobile phone and it was through Vodafone. I was pleased with them at the time, although we drifted company as I hopped around the other networks in search of better deals.

Recently I had cause to come back to Vodafone. I was expecting a first class service. Unfortunately, Vodafone haven't moved on, despite the mobile world doing so.

They are just a global company who spend millions on advertising trying to persuade people they care. The funny thing is, they could save all this cash if they actually hired people who did what they say and actually had some customer serivce skills.

They may be cheap but avoid. When things go wrong you will be sorry!

Vodafone... never again!
