“Car Giant do it again”

This is the second time of purchasing a vehicle from car giant. The previous being for my daughter who had years of trouble free motoring. This time I was looking for a car for myself. Having looked at car Giants web site which was very easy to use, I found a Ford Kuga with low mileage and called to arrange a text drive. The person I spoke to was very helpful and I arranged a conveniant time to view it the same day. I received a text confirming my booking. My visit was on a week day but it was still busy. I would plan to spend longer if you are going at the weekend as I imagine it's a much busier time. Upon arrival I meet a very friendly and helpful member of staff who took a few details, checked my driving license and handed me the keys and gave me as much time as I wanted to inspect the car on my own before he accompanied on the test drive. My only critisim is the test drive which is too short, as it is on an industrial estate and it does not allow you to get a proper feel for the car that you get on the main roads. Test drive over, I was given as much time as I wanted to look the car over again before settling on buying it. The buying process was straight forward as I was buying the car outright and not taking out finance which I'm glad as the wait for finance was very long. Buying the car was straightforward and after turning down the added extras which was not pushed one me bought a Car. I was then taken to collections whilst the car was cleaned and checked. Whilst there I was able too tax the vehicle and take out a five day temporary insurance on line with the computers provided. The whole process from start to finish took just over three hours. I am now the happy owner of a ford kuga and look forward to the same trouble free motoring my daughter has had when we bought her car a few years ago. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending car giant if you are looking for a decent used car.
