14 days, 15 calls, 10 unkept promises from members of staff, 25 minute wait for customer services not to answer. 1st appt cancelled due to broken part, 2nd appt engineer turned up with wrong screen, 3rd appt engineer turned up with wrong screen. Customer service do not answer thier calls, no one calls you back. Autoglass caused us so many problems we got referred to a local company who replaced the screen in 2 days. But still no one will contact us to talk about compensation
