I recently bought a car with Car giant – the worst decision I have ever made. The car has had a number of faults and they explicitly said they will bear no responsibility for any of it. We have had problems with the vehicle, which forced us to get it repaired starting a week from driving out the show room and it has recently failed the MOT (4 months later) – which is going to cost us a substantial amount to get it back on the road. The customer service is disgraceful - incredibly rude and patronising and I can’t not believe they can continue on trading. PLEASE I BEG YOU NOT TO CONSIDER THIS USELESS BUNCH!
