I have used Low cost holidays in the past and have always found the service efficient and helpful. The last holiday I booked was ok again, however now there is a time limit on the holiday booking, my husband was reading through the details of the hotel we were looking at, when he saw the time going down, he refreshed the page, not realising this would cancel out the extras I booked with the holiday. I was able to add the transfers no problem, but adding hold baggage was troublesome, I managed to add it to the Jet2 booking, but had to add the hold baggage at the airport. I would ask Low cost holidays to make it clear on the page where the payment is made exactly what you have booked including extras. I realise it was me who made the mistake but clarity on the page could have alerted me. Overall though I was happy with the service.
