“Good old fashioned customer service!”

After taking advantage of the free sample service offered and choosing tracks and curtains, Terry's Fabrics made the ordering and delivery process simple and easy. Unfortunately one of the curtains had a fault which could only be seen when hung and with the daylight showing through, No problem! a quick call and photo through to customer service and a few hours later an apology and the option to a discount or replacement pair which have now been dispatch and a returns label sent over for the faulty set. No fuss, no drama, just good customer service!
