“terrible quality and customer service”

Purchased sofa online and was delivered June 2014. Straight away cushions went lumpy and saggy as well as fabric stretching and wearing. Upholsterer visited and told me I wasn't maintaining it enough and that the cushions needed to be taken out of cover and pulled apart every day. I use the sofa around once per week and have no children. He explained bobbling on fabric as wear and tear...After a few months. customer service staff were not interested and when I asked store manager who his superior was he told me no one?
