“Dog doza - need help/advice”

I received a bed at the end of last year and to start with everything was fine. However the padding inside became flat and very grubby. I disposed of it and wanted to order more padding. However I have called and left messages (no one has ever answered the phone) emailed (no one has ever responded). The web site doesnt give any info regarding padding for the size of dog bed that I ordered. Very unhappy and will never use this company again.
