“Lost Alloywheel Key”

Bought a new fiesta from Arnold Clark Aberdeen. Sales personnel could not be more helpful. However the alloy wheel nut key went missing when they changed the puncture repair kit for a spare wheel. Thought it would be easy to get a replacement key. Arnold Clark provided me with an estimate of £160 to take of locking nuts and replace. Not sure if that was for labour or if it included VAT and parts. Asked about a master key AC denied all knowledge of one. Went to smaller Ford Dealer nuts removed with master key and total bill £70.

After sales care disgusting and a rip off.
