“worst company”

Ive never seen or heard such bull ish in all my life. imagine I placed an order to be delivered to a business, I received an email informing me that the item was delivered. My mother got home with no words, I called to just verify about the delivery to be informed by the poor customer service rep that it was attempted but no one came to get the flowers. Fine! I requested them to make a 2nd attempt and to have them call me once they got to the location so I could call my mom directly to go outside. no phone call no nothing. once I got home, no words from my mother again. I called once more (because they obviously believe you should pay plus follow up with ur order) only to be informed there was no one home at the time of delivery. WHAT  HOUSE DID YOU ATTEMPT THE DELIVERY TOO. I AM YET TO GET AN ANSWER. I was offered a $20 refund and a gift card. what the hell do I want with your gift card at this point. I said to the rep send it to my house since my mother will not be at work the following day. (o).(o)<- this is me still looking for the delivery man. nothing. call back AGAIN!!! to be told i should be getting a refund. i just hope that the ish gets delivered to my acct. just know this is the worst company EVER!!! they are good for holding on to ppls money cause that's all they do. hold your money.
