I was presented with a voucher to 'Live the Dream' for my birthday last June but soon discovered there were few activities in this part of the country, none of which appealed to me.
After seriously considering what was available in the wider area I eventually decided that nothing was worth the effort involved in travelling so far and I settled for four cinema tickets and sent the voucher off a month ago.
That seems to have disappeared into space and though I have sent two emails to the company informing them that I have not received the tickets, allowing three days between the emails, they have not had the courtesy to reply.
Reading between the lines, it would appear that by spinning things out, the time lapse will eventually make the voucher invalid. Other consumer websites echo this experience so I cannot be hopeful of a satisfactory result.
It would have been helpful to the purchaser to have known that very few activities were available in the West Country.
