“shocking company”

had replacement suite delivered this week after waiting 15 weeks, 2 two seater settees and storage stool, the storage stool is cream the suite is grey, when i told the delivery driver he said that if i reject the storage stool he would have to take the lot away so i was stuck with a 1800 pound suite of different colours, i rang shop spoke to person who told me he would look into it still waiting for them ,there customer service is a joke once they have had your money they are not intrested at all, the company from top to bottom are a disgrace,please dont make my mistake its cheap rubbish at big prices go somewhere else please,they want shutting down if i could give a rating of minus i would ,the next time i want a suite i would go to a second hand shop and get better quality/please think twice
