I hadn't checked my mail for a couple of days and my renewal date was due. As my previous renewal 2 years ago was done using a now expired card, the renewal couldn't be done automatically. A mail was waiting for me telling me to quickly enter the data for my new current card. When I saw it, my renewal date was over. Nevertheless, MyHeritage had kept the site in good shape all this while. As the payment system from France wasn't working properly over 3 days, I got help from my nice contact at MyHeritage, per mail and per phone (they phoned me from the States). All went well in the end. My Premium Plus subscription could be renewed for the benefit of my whole family. Thanks !
