I bought the vax vac and steam mop on the easy payment it was sent to the wrong address.I made arrangements to get it picked up and get a refund . its was picked up on the 14th of april after numerous phone calls they finally said it had arrived at the warehouse on the ist of may the day after I was told it arrived they proceeded to take another £33 from my account not happy
