I have booked a hotel on Otels.com. 2 days later, I checked the reservation by myself, the reservation was cancelled because they could not get the room.
I am angry about this because they have not notified me about the cancellation.
If I go to the hotel, I will got no room to stay!!
Something more, there is no any message from Otels.com that I have sent the complaint.
When I got my credit card payment, they had charged me for my bookings even it was unsuccessful.
