“Most pathetic organisation”

Made the mistake of switching to this outfit and regretted it within a few months. My meter readings never appeared on the site, the site doesnt work, its impossible to message them and trying to call puts pounds on your phone bill. Finally got totally fed up to the teeth with it, was happy to pay the £30 for ending early. What a relief to have got rid of this lot. THEN 3 months on i find that they have taken my final payment of £133 THREE flaming times. Have contacted them, say a refund will be forthcoming in one week. I have responded that if it isnt i will inform financial ombudsman. PLEASE PLEASE dont switch your electricity to this pathetic company!!!
