I also used loreal liquid eyeliner for 12 years, then it started to swell up eyes they hurt were sore. I think they have added new ingredients. Also i looked on the packaging to see if there was a new formula it didn't say anything. I also have devleoped blephitis and now am trying to sort out that problem. I would not recommend this eyeliner to anyone.
