Good Points
Easy to apply. Looks good.

Bad Points
Sticks like glue. Can't seem to get it completely off. Even when it looks like it's off, there seems to be a hard, stuck on, residue. Makes all around my eyes red, swollen and stings.

General Comments
I have used L'Oreal eyeliner for more years than I can remember and have always loved it. A couple of weeks ago (if that) I bought it as usual, however after a very short period of time my eyelids started to sting and it was so hard to get the eyeliner off. I actually had to scrape the hard parts with my fingernail and still couldn't get it all off. When going to reapply there were bumps around my eyes that made it hard to put the eyeliner on straight. I thought I must have just got a rare bad batch so not long after that purchase, I went and got another one. Same thing!! I'm so disappointed. I loved their eyeliner until now. I hope they change the formula back because for now, I have no choice but to use another brand.
