“Room for improvement”

Overall a great airline, in terms of leg room, comfort, food, service with a smile....but a let down for me was that you are already paying a premium for the ticket LHR to DXB for £375 is not the cheapest infact it is one of the higher end prices. I am very very disappointed with the luggage allowance. ok you are allowed 25kg with other airlines, you get a useless 5kg extra with NO option to "purchase" an extra bag with a kg of upto 30kg which almost every other airline allows you to do EVEN Ryan Air. I had to send 2 suitcases via cargo back from Dubai for £190 which worked out much cheaper than paying £25.60 PER KG extra!
