Blue Sea Hotel. Bugibba, Malta. I sent my official complaint to you, over 28 days ago. I have heard nothing at all from you, not even an update. I called today to be told it was the fault of the agents you use, not yours.
My contract is with you, I expected to have my compensation paid to me by now. I have requested half the cost paid for myself, and family (7 people in all) as most of the description you have (nad it is still there) for this hotel is incorrect and misleading. I do not like being ignored, and I do not like to think that the longer you misdescribe the hotel and the surroundings, the more people will be taken in. especially the part avout it being fully refurbished in March 2015. This is totally and utterly untrue. we went there expecting a new fresh modern look, as this is what fully refurbished means to the average consumer. Not so, it was old, dull, smelly, and in a few places dangerous, with fire doors wedged open and 6th floor windows not able to be shut properly.
