The problem with this company is when you need them to do something. The call centre is a nightmare it takes a long time to get hold of everyone and they will offer to charge you extra to get to the front. I don't believe in paying extra for something that should be done anyway.
I changed my address 8 or 9 times and ever time I call they tell me my address is wrong. I went into a EE shop to say my contract with Orange has expired as they have brought them and they told me no problem. Orange however tried to charge me for previous bills that I needed printed and said as I was a EE customer and it wasn't there issue.
They also have given my number and details to a sales company in Leeds which calls once a week telling me I'm a valued EE customer and I am entitled to a Ipad. My mum actually agreed to this and they took out another contract in her name.
