“AWFUL holiday... booking, communication and customer...”

Booked our honeymoon to Singapore and Vietnam with Travelbag last month... AWFUL experience. Despite specifically requesting direct flights, they booked us on an indirect flight. Watch out - the small print on the documentation (that they didn't actually send to us until we complained!! ...due to being served by an inexperienced trainee who LIED about our booking details despite us confirming details with him!!) states that 'direct' flights can sometimes be 'indirect' - RIDICULOUS!! They apologised on behalf of the inexperienced trainee who booked our holiday in the High St Kensington branch... but this is INEXCUSABLE. Tried to sort it out for our return journey home while in Vietnam but Customer Services said that as we were on holiday that it was up to the branch who were USELESS. The Manager of the High St Kensington branch made personal and offensive comments, which we complained about. All we received was a 'sorry. Sometimes a simply sorry doesn't cut it.. you ruined our honeymoon!! No offer of compensation despite them apologising for about 5 different things that ruined our Honeymoon! Travelbag needs to sort it's Customer Service out - AVOID!
