My experience with Rattan Direct has been the worst I have excperienced in all my 48 years. I ordered online mid April and recievd an email to say 3 items would be out of stock until end of June. I called to arrange a part delivery for a day (Wed) I was home and recIevEd an email at 09:40 on the day of delivery to say there had been an error and my goods would be delivered the following day (Thurs)! I called to complain that I had taken a day off work and wouldn't be home the following day, but was greeted by a gormless customer services 'boy' who didn't make me feel confident he knew what he was doing. I arranged delivery for the next day (Fri) and recieved a text and email saying delievry would be between 09:10 and 13:10. The van arrived at 15:15!! The guys unloaded and when I checked the items I actually couldn;t believe it. Only 2 out 6 items was correct! I had even called and checked with their customer services (same boy) what was comning, as the description in the delivery email was wrong. I sent it all back and canceled my £2K order! I have read so many similar bad reviews I can only imagine that this is normal practice for Ratten Direct. I only wish I'd reserched before I bought. I also believe that any good reivews are fake!! DO NOT BUY FROM RATTAN DIRECT, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!
