“Good seats customer service could be better”

I booked tickets last year for my daughter and I to see The Vamps. Received tickets by email which was great but was rather concerned as tickets stated someone else's name and actual ticket price was less than half of what we actually paid?! Tried querying this with Double8 but the phone number was constantly engaged for half an hour so I gave up and chanced it. We are not regular concert goers so wasn't aware this can be quite normal?! As it turned out it all was fine and the seats we had were very good. Just find it mad that £39.50 tickets actually cost us £75.00 each. To get tickets by email is fab as last time I had tickets through Double8 to see Take That I didn't get the tickets till the morning of the concert. Scary!! Probably wouldn't use them again but all turned out in the end.
