“Poor Service & terrible dangerous, costly tech support ”

As a yearling, my aniversary since joining just passed. I learned early on you can only play slots and some bingo on a tablet or Ipad, but Free and main bingo on pc only via internet.

I too see the repeating winners, and the rare one off wins....it wasn't about big wins for me. I enjoyed the chat and participation. So, to hear if you paid and win it will be deposited in my account, if kicked out.

However, you need to accept every cookie and spambot on their site.

Some browsers work others are bit more pedantic.

After being kicked out or unable to join a session I contacted support to be told the fault was my own as well as my broadband provider set my broadband up on dynamic ip address (industry standard for home broadband) I was unable to access their bingo site? Funny I can play many other game sites, but not precious Sun Bingo.

BT & Sky Only provide Dynamic IP address...so in theroy according to transcript from Sun Bingo support no one on a dynamic ip address as they don't show which country your in?! So Utter rubbish.

So can no longer trust SunBingo or its chat support. Minimum withdrawal £10. So, trying to win at least £10 or lose £1.98 left in my account.
