“Should have gone to Specsavers!!!”

To start with the customer service was appalling, left waiting around twice, once for for 1 hour. One time for no reason at all the other time because they chose to put what I would describe as a well to do lady in front of me even though I protested at this and informed them that my parking ticket was almost up but they were not in the slightest interested.
The glasses which I purchased broke within a week, they replaced them which took 4 days with a matching pair, these have a fault with them which results in the frame having to be straightened as they keep going crooked. This has happened 3 times already since march and I have to return to the shop to get the fixed. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the glasses and inquired if I could have another frame but this was declined unless they break completely like the first pair did.They also tried to say that it might be the glasses case bending them as it could be too small, I gave them the case, which was the one they originally came with and it was decided it was fine. Then I had an ABC lesson on how to place them in the case correctly. I am 51 years of age, I have worn glasses for over 20 years I think by now I know how to take care of them. NEVER will I purchase another pair of glasses from Boots. I am sure my consumer rights should entitle me to an alternative frame but it is like talking to a brick wall.
