What a shocking way to treat old customers!! I'm another who's premium has double on renewal as they are changing the policy. I'm pretty stuck as my dog has had various problems already.
What makes me mad is that a new customer can adapt their policy to their needs. But not us who are already with them. I know my premium would half if I took off the parts I didn't need.
Awful way to treat customers. I always found them helpful before this. I would never recommend them now.
