“DO NOT BUY Noddle Improve, total waste of money”

- Appalling customer service
- The 'improve' report is useless (no better than the free one) and misses out crucial details. All you get is the 3 figure number (rather than a score out of 5) and nothing else.

I didn't actually need the score, the only reason I ordered Noddle Improve was so that I could contact someone from their customer support as was advertised when I signed up.

There is no number to call them on and when I emailed them I got an autoresponder a day later which said 'they were busy' and could I just find the answer via their FAQ link. This link didn't answer any of my questions (it's the same link that's on their site which I'd looked through).

I then emailed them again saying I'd like a refund on the basis that I'd been mis-sold. They said no.

'Check My File' is much better (and cheaper) and their customer service is top notch. I will never be using Noddle again.
