I can pretty much say the same as everyone else has. Customer service not good. They obviously have not been trained properly. Only been with them a month and I am not impressed.
8 emails from them in less than a month and many phone calls from them. Then received a letter say IMPENDING CANCELLATION. Spoke to them and they said they were waiting for a document from me and that I had 2 weeks to get it to them, I said I didn't have that document. They told me I would now need to be re-quoted for my insurance and pay another deposit to them - yer right. I will be changing my policy to another company
