“Absolute joke!!!”

I was waiting for an item to be deliverded from a highstreet sports shop by hermes.They said they tried to deliver when I was in.They didn't.When questioned where my parcel was after 7 days I was told that they couldn't get a response from the courier driver as he hasn't been answering his phone.So they hadn't a clue where my parcel was!!!Parcel had contents from sports shop over £100 pound.I think courier driver knew exactly what was in that parcel as clearly had sports shop name written on bag and helped himself to my order!!If a courier can't be contacted sounds very suspicious to me!!I had to reorder my orriginal order from shop.By the way they were fantastic and very helpful.My point is do not use hermes as courier drivers can't be trusted.Won't use any ot there services ever!!!!!
