“FRUSTRATING, RUBBISH COMPANY”

We ordered our two settee and three settee back on 28th December 2014 and were told delivery could be up to 16 weeks, so we thought thats a long time but were happy to go ahead. We received no phone calls whatsoever on how our order was doing and when the end of our estimated time came we rang Harveys to see what the problem was. Our order had not reached the warehouse yet, after numerous phone calls by us later still no settees, 3 delivery dates were given to us and still no settees. Finally, we were given a delivery date of 2nd May - (nearly 5 months later from our order) also we have paid now in full - so Harveys have had our money since last year!!!!!!!!! My husband took the day of work especially and our old sofas were disposed off, we were given delivery times of between 3-7pm that day! We got to 7pm - still no delivery we called Harveys and actually went down to the store, they assured us delivery driver would still come out that day and had up to 10pm that night to deliver. We were at this point having our tea and watching tv on old deck chairs - very uncomfortable and our children were sat on the floor! I phoned the store the following morning and was told the delivery had failed!!!! and would be delivered today at 5.30pm - so still awaiting and do not hold out much hope!!! Please do not use this company and we will not be recommending friends or family to use.... don't know how they stay in business ..customer service is rubbish, frustrating we should have gone to DFS or Sofaworks and received a much better experience!!!!!
