I went to the BP Larkhill petrol station today which is located on Queens Drive in Liverpool. I don't like going there anyway - but thought it would have to do. I have a 1.0 Litre engine and when I top up £20 of unleaded the petrol gauge shows as full. But today, what do you know it didn't!! I got home, which is about 4 miles away and discovered that the petrol gauge was showing as me topping up about £5! Now to go from a full tank to a nearly empty tank, I'd have to drive in and out of Liverpool town centre twice every day for over a week. I'm furious! It's happened before, where I've put in £20 of fuel and received less than half back in the tank! I don't know what the garage staff think they're doing, but I wouldn't recommend anybody going there! They're just thieves with no morals or customer interaction skills! It'll be a cold day in hell before I EVER use a BP garage again! I've already been in touch with Trading Standards, and made a complaint to BP themselves. If they think I'm taking being robbed laying down, they've got another thing coming!! I guess they were never taught that 'What goes around, comes around!'.
