Due to damaged to my debit card i had a replacment, i did not know to inform them i missed a payment unknown to me (i know my fault ) however i received a DEBT COLLECTORS LETTER and a missed payment letter
when i took it with customer services @10pence per min i felt the opperator held me on the line for near 1hour
PLEASE do not use this company as they COULD cause you to GET A VERY BAD CREDIT RATING
