“Very Impressed”

We ordered a Snuzpod and mattress and were told it wouldn't be delivered before April. Yet, in February we got an email saying it would be there this week. That already ticked a box with me and let me tell you, I never feel satisfyed enough by a product or a service to review it, Never! 

Anyway, a few months later, as the birth of our child came closer we finally decided to order some bed sheets and mattress protectors, the cheaper packages where out of stock for a while but pretty quickly became available again and I was quickly contacted. 

When I placed my order, my baby brain was in full mode and I ordered way to many mattress protectors! Didn't realise until the order arrived (very quickly) but when I call their service client, I got to talk to someone straight away (no recorded messages or else which was lovely) which reassured me that even though it was my mistake they would take the extras back and refund me as well as send me a free post label to send the item back! I was amazed by the easiness and efficiency of it all. 

It is rare nowadays, especially when ordering from the internet, to be able to get that good service from a conpany. The product itself as satifyed all expectations so far but I must admit that I haven't put little one in yet so not sure how she'll sleep in but so far I am very pleased with the look, the feel, the acuracy of its description etc.
