After buying a small item from Dwell, I am being hounded by their text messages and emails. I unchecked all marketing options at the time of purchasing the item online. When I try and follow instructions to opt out of marketing texts, my mobile provider warns me I will be charged up to £1.50 for sending the text. DWELL, is this type of aggressive marketing worth it? I would have been a returning customer otherwise, but will go elsewhere in future as Dwell clearly do not respect people's privacy.
