“Excellent fitters, average service from company themselves”

The fitters on our kitchen project were amazing - knowledgeable, efficient, neat and professional. Very pleased with their workmanship and timescale.
The service from Betta Living was a bit of a nightmare as it seems they do not communicate between departments efficiently. From the designer (who promises the world), to the surveyor appointments to the customer service office, we were being told different things all the time. Thankfully our project was 3 months in the planning and we had time to sort out the issues.
They also delivered the incorrect wall units and had to redeliver - on one occasion they were not delivered when they said they would be, so the whole day away from work was spent waiting for them, then they finally did arrive on another day.
When installation began it was quick and expertly done. My only advise to other customers is to challenge the designer and surveyor and ask questions and get as much details as possible as they will say anything to get the sale. Everything pulled together in the end though and we are happy with the kitchen.
