“Avoid”

Parcelmonkey might be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Terrible service. I had originally booked for a collection on a thursday and by the following tuesday I still had the package. The customer service is abysmal. You can't speak to anybody only do an online chat and you would get more sense out of a chimp. You only ever get basic information and nothing is ever guaranteed. I don't think the customer service team really care about their customers as there is no follow up done to make sure a client got great service. I finally had to take the package myself to the courier subcontracted by Parcelmonkey as it was the only way it was going to be shipped. Parcelforce, don't get me started on them!
If Parcelmonkey invested more time and money in training their customer service team and provided a live telephone support then they could be a really great operation, but until then in my experience avoid.
Just like my old man used to say, "If you pay peanuts your always going to get monkeys"!
