“worst customer sevice”

Dreadful.
Tried up sell on pickup.
Got free! Upgrade.
Clutch let go on the M3.
More than 5 hours to get replacement.
Then tried to blame me for car failure.
I been driving with a clutch for over 30 years.
They will refuse to talk to you till the contract is up.
Got in contact with the corporate office.
Over a week later still no resolution.
Lost a day and a half with my family.
Never mind the expense of flying to England.
Had been over two years.My parents are in their 80 ' and I live 4000 miles away.
Lost time with them I can't get back and all Avis seems concerned about is trying to make liable for a defective car.
