“Exercise 4 Much Much Less than the Rest”

I joined the Bolton branch recently after sampling numerous other gyms on a trial basis in the area. In particular I tried the David Lloyd gym which, although quite good in many respect, required an annual membership fee of over £700 were totally unwilling to negotiate on price.

I was staggered and impressed right from the start by the high level of customer service offered by Xercise4less which has remained consistent throughout.The team were concerned about me and when I heard that the price was £10 per month with just a few admin charges (total £150 per year) I went for the membership and haven`t regretted it.

I was shown round the gym before I joined by a lady who should be given a customer service award.On the following occasion I was given a full demo of all the fitness machines by a fitness coach who explained how to do the exercises properly.

The machines are new,plentiful so there`s no waiting and there`s one for virtually any part of the body you can think of.The changing room are utilitarian but smart and clean. You need a lock for your locker.

As part of the joining deal I got a small gym bag, a T shirt,a water bottle and an absolutely superb magazine/book with info about exercise and menus with calorie counts.

As part of the joining deal I will also get two personal training sessions absolutely free (worth £60).

The spirit of the gym is great ; young, friendly, positive and vital.It`s a winners gym and at much less than 25% the cost of David Lloyds gym, much better equipment and much cheaper personal trainers, for me you can`t fault Xercise4less.
