I first applied for the business account in the middle of february this year. It is now 2nd May and I still don't have an account. I have been promised that it is being processed and that there is nothing wrong with the application or paperwork. I have phoned about 30 times and I have no idea why it is taking so long to sort this out. I have reached the end of my tether and I am taking my business elsewhere.
