Bad Points
Can't think of any. I could say price, but I got them from SalonLines who have them in a sale and are offering free delivery!!

General Comments
I absolutely love them! I have thick, wavy hair and can only get really straight hair at the hairdressers. Well, I've spent 5 minutes straightening my hair and the results are amazing! Practically the same as what is achieved at the hairdressers! LOVE THEM!
