Good Points
Great at straightening, great at smoothing and not drying ou the hair like some other irons.

Bad Points
None so far apart from a little expensive

General Comments
Very pleased with this styling iron, service from the website i purchased was great and authoirsed to sell T3 hair straighteners which means you get 2 years manufacturers warranty.
