“Would definitely use again”

Much cheaper than the high street competitors and also more genuine. Some high street estate agents don't like hatched and will try to blame them for anything and everything, but form your own opinion. Truth is they don't like hatched as hatched is a modern internet estate agent and a high street agent cannot match their prices. House is still listed on all major online sites like rightmove and zoopla. Only real difference is high street agents give free valuations and will also list your property in store - this is not really necessary as the vast majority would go online to search for properties.

Overall would use again as service was good and the savings over a high street agent is significant.

On a side note,you will be bugged by annoying companies like haybrook - who will call you within a week saying to go with them as property not sold. One lady from there also said she would sell my house for more than the asking price, they will literally say anything. Throughout the whole buying and selling process hatched were great and certain other companies put me off using them for life.
