My hair has never been softer and smoother. It's true what they say, it doesn't damage your hair at all, unlike my old GHD's.
I bought my T3 Tourmaline Straighteners by Hairart over a year ago from a web site and like many people I didn't read all the information sent with it, so starting using it at the top temperature setting. I wasn't happy with the results so contacted the web site who supplied it, and they were very helpful and spent loads of time on the phone asking how I was using them and what type of hair I have etc., and they then advised me that because I had short fine hair I should be using a lower temperature of around 170 degrees.
I do this now and they are brilliant, in fact I treated myself with my birthday money in May and bought the T3 Featherweight dryer. Like the dumb blonde I am, I didn't read the instructions again and was struggling with the dryer. I phoned T3 Hair again and they patiently explained that I was probably holding the dryer too close (like my hairdresser does), and apparently to let the ionics from the T3 dryer work properly you need to hold it off your hair by 2 to 6 inches. I do this all the time now and it dries my hair in half the time without any frizz or damage.
The products from T3 Hair really are the best, I'm going to try the T3 wet to dry next I've just been on the website and they've got a brand new 1" Narrow Wet to Dry coming out next week so I think I'll get that for Christmas, if not before.
I have recommended T3 to all my friends because they really are the best and loads of them have bought them, including my hairdresser. The cost is worth it because of the support and you get a 2 year guarantee. Don't be fooled by people saying they have tourmaline straighteners that are just as good and cheaper. There is only one genuine Tourmaline Hair Straightener and that's made by T3.
