I paid for next day delivery and still have not received my item after 3 days. First I was told that the driver is aware that the address is a business address so they would deliver for the company close which i told Yodel it was 6pm! The driver claimed to have attempted to deliver this a 8:15pm but left no calling card! The second day the driver claimed to have attempted to deliver at 6:02 but the company was closed! I told Yodel the company closes at 6pm when in fact we do not close unit 6:30pm so the driver had lied and did not try and deliver the parcel!. This has happened to me twice now with yodel and 5 employees that have used Yodel have had the same problems! I was warned before i placed y order that Yodel are unreliable and i wish I had listened! I now have no parcel and have spent over 2 hours on the a mobile to an 0844 number! WILL NEVER ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT USES YODEL!!
