I've used mailcity.com for over 10 years and this is the first time I've really had severe problems.
Between Feb 28 and March 2nd something happened to where I am no longer able to log into my email account.
Sorry, but the username and password you provided don't match. Please check them and try again. Or contact customer support at http://help.lycos.com/ for assistance
Yes, I've validated that I'm typing in my username and password correctly.
I've created a ticket with their support but haven't had any luck as of yet.
