“Absolutely dire & left me completely isolated”

Made a booking without my license. Chatted online to a representative who assured me this wouldn't be a problem as they'd check with DVLA.

Plane was delayed. Office is 15 minutes drive from Luton airport, not 5. Had to wait around for the single representative, who when she finally arrived informed me she wouldn't be able to rent to me as they now couldn't check with the DVLA. If I didn't have had to wait for her to come back, it would have still been open.

Offered no help whatsoever & I was completely stranded. Thank God for a helpful chap who offered to drive me to where he was going.

Cheap prices are attractive; trust me when I say: never rent from this company & I will not stop to blacken their name forevermore after how they treated me.
