“never trust sofaworks”

Purchased two 2 sofas as a Christmas gift delivered in January one was frame damaged on delivery but driver said it was safe to sit on until someone inspected it within six weeks after removing the legs. The repair man arrived 14 weeks later made a number of repairs noted our dissatisfaction with the sofa and said someone would be in touch. After he left we noticed that if two people sat on the sofa they leant towards each other.After on other repairman had been he said someone would contact us within 24 hours 3 days later we rang the complaints dept who said there was nothing wrong and the rolling to the centre of the sofa was normal ?.We also purchased the 5 year guarantree which clearly is useless.
