“Prompt Payment of Claim”

I have been impressed with your prompt payment of my claims. As my dog is 7 going on 8, the fact your have not quibbled about anything is great. Your texts and e-mails have kept me up to date with what is going on with my claims which has kept me in the loop. I don't have any complaints about the service I have received.
