I ordered a bottle and paid 20euros extra to have it delivered faster. They promised 3 to 4 business days. starting on day 6 I started contacting Wine Memories. I got one answer that someone was looking into my problem. I have not heard since. I sent several emails, and even sent an order cancellation on day 15 as the website promisses a money back guarantee if your order is not received within 14 days. I still dont have and answer and now have to go through the hassle of trying to cancel this transaction with my bank. PS. I had to write "someone" because the web site won't let me put the person's name....
